Education & Parent Support
You don’t have to figure everything out alone. I’m here to support you and your family together.
What kind of support do you provide for parents?
Just as I support children, I also partner closely with parents. I help families better understand and strengthen their child’s executive functioning and social-emotional skills. These skills are essential for success at home, school, and beyond.

Parents of children and adolescents with learning differences, ADHD, developmental delays, or Autism often face challenges that traditional parenting advice doesn’t fully address. These families need strategies that recognize the unique, real-life complexities that they navigate every day.
In addition to ongoing communication while I coach your child, I also offer dedicated parent coaching. These sessions allow us to dive deeper into your specific concerns, problem-solve together, and create practical, personalized plans that work for your child and your family.
Everyday tasks like homework, bed time routines, and chores shouldn’t be a battle.Yet, they can often feel that way.
Together, we can work on:
- Understanding which executive functioning skills your child is still developing (like organization, flexibility, or emotional regulation)
- Identifying areas of need and creating clear, manageable short-term and long-term goals
- Learning what social-emotional skills look like at different ages, and how they may show up differently in neurodivergent children
- Using simple, developmentally appropriate strategies to build these skills gradually over time
- Gaining helpful language you can use when your child is experiencing big emotions or struggling to complete tasks
- Learning tools for teaching empathy, coping skills, and conflict resolution
- Creating routines, visuals, and step-by-step supports that make everyday tasks feel less overwhelming for both you and your child
